This is my first 'My World Tuesday' posting. I really enjoy showing some photo's of the world around me whether it is water, sky or earth. Everyday pictures I catch with my camera.
Yesterday my husband an I went for a walk through Bergen op Zoom in the South-Western part of the Netherlands. It is a very old and very pretty town. It was an important place in the Middle Ages and it still shows. Look for yourself.
If you would like to know more about this town please click here.

Wonderful how you can see history and the modern worls side by side. Nice photos!
Beautiful pictures, Love the last one
What amazing history this place has, and it DOES show. There is nothing so old here--though I'm in/near one of the oldest settled spots in the "New World." Old to us is nothing compared to your part of the world!
What a wonderful place to live and be able to visit. Beauty surrounds you!

Mooi, Jos!!! Volgens mij ga je de wereld nu ook met heel andere ogen bekijken, veel bewuster. Ik moet toch vaker mijn fototoestel meenemen!
what beautiful shots, it's not the camera that is important, but the eye that sees. I am also called Jossie, short for Jocelyn.
I love the charm of the old European countries with their imposing buildings and architectural characteristics preserved throughout its historical ages.
I understand what you mean by copying your pictures. Personally, I don't mind now. What I mind is for someone to exploit our labour for their own commercial gain.
It happened to me too!
This is a beautiful old city. Great shots!
