SkyWatch Friday

Today I show you a photo I took a few days ago. In it is the only blue I have seen for almost two weeks now. If you have a close look you'll see a vague blue at the right corner. We have had only grey skies and a lot of rain recently and a temperature of 12C.

I took this picture exactly a year ago driving through the country. It was a hot and clear day. What a difference.

The skies in so many places have been so different this year! That's quite a difference in yours! Both beautiful captures! And I do see that hopeful little patch of blue in the first one!! Hope you have a lovely weekend with some sun!!

I like both shots. Sometimes I find gray days to be so beautiful but I understand they get old if there aren't any blue skies for a long time. The vivid blue sky and landscape in the second shot is gorgeous.

Hi Jossie, I see that you are not having much luck with your skies, but you have put tegether a striking contrast. Our skies are also grey today and we are all hoping for rain, because we have been having the worste drought in the Eastern Cape in years.
